What's better than oatmeal? Oatmeal smoothies! These are delicious morning shakes, guaranteed to get you your daily dose of fiber, fruits, and nutrition. (Pic coming soon!)
Oatmeal Smoothies
2 cups almond milk
1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal
1 Tbsp natural peanut butter - or 1 Tbsp cocoa powder - your choice
1 good drizzle agave nectar
1 Tbsp flax meal
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp chia seeds
1 c frozen strawberries
1 banana
1 pinch of salt
1 cup ice
Toss all in a blender and blend. Makes 2 servings.
